Staff Present: Town Manager Tim Barth, Planning Director Nathan Clark

Chairman Jay Ring opened the meeting and reviewed the changes that had been made to Rules of Procedure after the December 8, 2005 meeting. There was much discussion about Alternate and ETJ Members Rules of Conduct for members, and it was agreed that a Section VII, entitled “Succession”, needed to be added.
Nathan Clark distributed copies of updated Town ordinances to all of the Board members. The Board had requested these updated ordinances at their December 8, 2005 meeting. The updated ordinances that were distributed included the Subdivision Ordinance, Nuisance Ordinance, Street Standards, and Flood Prevention Ordinance.
