Members Present:       Chairman Jay Ring, Torry Pinter, and Phil Wight

Members Absent:       Larry Dubuke

Staff Present:              Planning Director Kevin Byrd and Town Clerk Vickie Best

Others Present:           Seven people in attendance

 

Meeting Called to Order

Chairman Ring called the meeting to order at 5:02 p.m. on Thursday March 10, 2005 in the Town Hall Boardroom.

 

Chairman Ring explained that a quorum was not present therefore the meeting will be continued to conduct business on March 11, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. Chairman Ring apologized for the inconvenience and invited the audience to remain for remainder of the meeting.

 

ON MOTION BY MR. PINTER, SECONDED BY MR. WIGHT, WITH ALL IN FAVOR THE MEETING WILL RECONVENE ON FRIDAY MARCH 11, 2005 AT 1:00 P.M

 

Other Business

Chairman Ring announced that the NC Zoning Board of Adjustment educational tapes are being converted to DVD and are almost ready.

 

THERE BEING NO FURTHER BUSINESS TO DISCUSS, THE MEETING RECESSED AT 5:28 P.M.
