Members Present: Chairman Jay Ring, Phillip Wight, and Torry Pinter

Members Absent: Larry Dubuke and James Hannan

Staff Present: Planning Director Kevin Byrd and Town Clerk Vickie Best

Meeting Called to Order

Chairman Ring called the meeting to order at 5:20 p.m. in the Maggie Valley Town Hall.

The clerk administered the oath of office to Mr. Torry Pinter.

A quorum was not present.

MR. WIGHT MADE A MOTION TO CONTINUE THIS MEETING UNTIL THURSDAY FEBRUARY 24, 2005 AT 5:00 P.M. MR. PINTER SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED.
