MINUTES
Members Present: Chairman Jay Ring, Ron DeSimone, Dean Tomlinson, Connie Dennis,
Garrett Anderson, Torry Pinter
Members Absent: Phillip Wight
Staff Present: Town Manager Tim Barth
Others Present: None
Chairman Jay Ring called the meeting to order and introduced this item and asked if anyone had any questions or corrections.
DEAN TOMLINSON MADE A MOTION TO ACCEPT THE MINUTES OF THE NOVEMBER 10, 2005 MEETING.
MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
Mr. Dubuke’s term has expired. Chairman Jay Ring spoke to Larry and he does not want to be considered for reappointment. Because there are currently two alternates it will not be a problem if Mr. Dubuke’s seat is left vacant for some length of time.
Chairman Jay Ring made sure everyone had a copy of the Rules of Procedure for the Board of Adjustments. These procedures were reviewed and some changes were recommended that will be presented in written form at the next meeting. Tim Barth distributed copies of the updated zoning ordinance to everyone to replace what was in their notebooks. It was agreed that next month updated copies of the Subdivision Ordinance, Nuisance Ordinances, Street Standards, and Flood Prevention Ordinance would be distributed to everyone.
THERE BEING NO FURTHER BUSINESS TO DISCUSS, THE MEETING ADJOURNED AT 6:56 P.M.
