Members Present: Chairman Jay Ring, James Hannan and Phil Wight

Staff Present: Planning Director Kevin Byrd and Town Clerk Vickie Best

Meeting Called to Order

Chairman Ring called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. in the Town Hall Office. Due to not having a quorum to conduct business, the following motion was made.

MR. WIGHT MADE A MOTION TO CALL A SPECIAL CALL MEETING FOR NOVEMBER 18, 2004 AT 3:00 P.M.

MR. HANNAN SECONDED THE MOTION.

MOTION CARRIED.

There being no further business to discuss, the meeting adjourned at 5:32 p.m. on motion by Mr. Wight, seconded by Mr. Hannan.
