Members Absent: Chairman Patricia Tilley, Brenda O’Keefe, and Andrew Golley

Staff Present: Manager Tim Barth, Planning Director Nathan Clark and Town Clerk Vickie Best

Meeting Called to Order

Vice-Chairman Brede called the meeting to order at 3:24 p.m. in the Town Hall Boardroom.

Due to a lack of a quorum, the meeting was continued until May 10, 2006 at 3:00 p.m.

Meeting adjourned at 3:30 p.m.
